Hcg is 1604 and 5 weeks pregnant nothing on ultrasound?

So my HCG is 1604. LMP 08/30/10 and the doctors do not see a gestational sac on ultrasound. Does this mean ectopic? Does this mean miscarriage? Has anyone else had anything similar? Scared to death

its prob just cuz its so early with my lil girl i got my first one at 6 weeks an 5 days and you could barley see
