just had an ultrasound and my ovaries are different sizes? is this normal?

I went in to get an ultrasound because i've been having a lot of pain in my left ovary, shooting down to my leg when it gets really bad. They said everything looked good, except one ovary was a little bit bigger than the other. Isn't that a sign of ovarian cancer?! What do I do? Push for further testing?


I'm 19, and have no history of ovarian cancer in my family.
