Can a ultrasound tech tell whether it is a boy or girl just by seeing a butt view?

I am 37 weeks now but at 20 weeks they said that I am having another girl and I already have 3 girls. All 3 girls had heart rates at 170 and this one is at 150 also I am carrying this one way different and my symptoms are totally different. I looked at the ultrasound pic and it just shows a butt view, could the ultrasound tech of been wrong or am I just wish full thinking?
