Free pre and post-natal care clinics in houston?

My wife is about 8-10 weeks pregnant and we have not been able to see a doctor due to not having an insurance and being not able to afford to see a doctor. Are there any clinics that offer free ultrasound etc and free pre and post natal care? We live in Southwest of Houston. Thanks in advance.
