Is heavy lifting an absolute requirement for a Sonographer / Ultrasound Technician?

I've been thinking about going to school for sonography. However, I've read a lot about how they are required to help patients shift positions and move from say a wheel chair to a hospital bed. I am very interested in this career however I have a heart condition and should not do any heavy lifting. I'm trying to figure out if this is an absolute requirement within the career or if
