how much should the baby weigh at 19 weeks pregnant?

I had my 19 weeks ultrasound today with my 2nd child and found out that the baby weighs 12 ounces. Is that normal? I've heard that he should only weigh between 7-8 ounces. I'm nervous because a lot of places say that by birth, they should increase by about 15x...which means an 11 lb baby! I'm just wondering if this is anything to be concerned with or if it's just normal. Thanks!
