How much does a follicle study ultrasound cost without insurance?

I was just wondering, how much it costs for a vaginal ultrasound in Oklahoma without insurance, i have insurance but they won't pay for infertility, and i had an ultra sound for follicle study and i was curious as to whether or not a vaginal ultrasound for follicle study even counts as infertility? can anybody help me?
