How accurate is a gender guess at 14 weeks pregnant?

I had an ultrasound when I was 14 weeks pregnant and the tech took a guess and said she thinks we're having a girl. She said she thinks she saw the 3 lines that mean girl. Then I had another ultrasound at 15 weeks and she couldn't see as well but she said she didn't see anything between the legs. How accurate are these guesses since I'm so early?
