I am 19 weeks pregnant. I had an ultrasound at 12 weeks. Any chance I would be obtaining twins and not know it?

I am assuming that at twelve weeks you couldn't skip the 2nd minor man on an ultrasound. Do I have any reason to imagine differently? Has this at any time took place to anyone?
