15 weeks pregnant, had ultrasound baby has kidney problems, any info about this?

I am 15 weeks and 1 day pregnant. In February of this year I lost a baby at 8 weeks, had not formed. So in may, me and my hubby conceived again. Everything was going fine, until the ultrasound today. The sac around the baby is very small and the doctors say the kidneys may have a cyst that won't let him pee. So chances are if the baby can't pee, then there won't be any fluid for him to
