9 weeks pregnant ultrasound says 7?? please answer?

i went to the ER because i had abdominal pain. They did and ultrasound and the ultrasound tech was showing a student how to do it. they didn't want to show me anything or tell me much because i came in through the emergency room... blah blah. but she said the heart beat was at 158 which is good. Then when the doctor came to discuss the results he said the baby was 7w 2d and that doesn't make any sense because I'm
