level 2 ultrasound for ovary while 18 weeks pregnant?

Im going for a level 2 ultrasound for a cyst on my ovary. However I will be 18 weeks pregnant, will they look at my baby too. I havent had an ultrasound since 12 weeks and want to tell the gender of the baby. This ultrasound is not at my doctors though. Thanks!
